As April comes to a close, we’re excited to share another milestone in our Links That Feed journey — a small way we combine digital growth with real-world compassion.
This month, we built 218 backlinks for our clients and partners.
And in return, we made sure that 218 stray and shelter dogs got something they truly needed: fresh, cooling meals during one of the hottest months of the year.
April 2025 Highlights:

Feeding Efforts on the Ground
April brought harsh heat waves, making life even harder for stray dogs already living with hunger and thirst.
For our feeding drives, we served fresh curd – cooling, hydrating, and packed with nutrients – to help dogs cope with the intense temperatures.
Carrying big boxes of Amul Masti fresh curd, we covered different neighborhoods:
- Dusty backstreets
- Abandoned construction sites
- Crowded marketplaces
- Quiet parks
In every place, the reaction was the same: cautious curiosity at first, then wagging tails and bright eyes when they realized food was coming.
Some dogs were painfully thin. Some were limping from old injuries. Others simply melted into pure happiness as they licked up every spoonful.
It was a simple act – but in the heat and hunger of April, it meant everything.
What We Learned
- Heat matters: We shifted our drives to early mornings and late evenings to avoid the worst heat.
- Food choice matters: Hydrating meals like curd made a huge difference in helping dogs cope with the high temperatures.
These small changes helped us serve better — and we’ll keep adapting and learning.
What’s Next?
We’re even more energized now.
Coming up in May:
- Doubling feeding drives to twice a week
- Setting up small hydration points (water bowls) in high-risk areas
- Capturing and sharing more real photos to inspire others to help too
