AI Automation Specialist

💼 About the Role

We are hiring an AI Automation Specialist to help us build, improve, and scale AI-powered workflows across our link building and content operations.

This role is about using AI tools and automation to make our processes faster, smarter, and more efficient. You will work on everything from AI-assisted content workflows to automated prospecting, reporting, and quality checks.

📋 Key Responsibilities

AI Workflow Development

• Build and optimize AI-assisted workflows for content creation, outreach, and reporting
• Create and refine prompts for consistent, high-quality AI outputs
• Integrate AI tools into existing processes to reduce manual work
• Test and evaluate new AI tools and models for potential use cases

Automation and Systems

• Automate repetitive tasks across content, outreach, and operations
• Build integrations between tools using APIs, Zapier, Make, or custom scripts
• Create automated quality checks for content and link placements
• Develop systems for data extraction, processing, and reporting

Innovation and Optimization

• Stay current with AI developments and identify opportunities for implementation
• Measure and report on time savings and efficiency gains from automation
• Document workflows and train team members on new tools and processes
• Propose and implement new automation ideas that improve operations

✅ Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience working with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) in professional workflows
• Hands-on experience building automations (Zapier, Make, n8n, or custom scripts)
• Basic programming skills (Python preferred, but not mandatory)
• Strong problem-solving and systems thinking
• Ability to break down complex processes into automatable steps

• Experience with API integrations and webhooks
• Familiarity with SEO tools and link building workflows
• Experience with data scraping and processing
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI model capabilities
• Experience with no-code/low-code platforms
