Copywriter

💼 About the Role

We are hiring a full-time Copywriter to craft persuasive, conversion-focused copy for our website, landing pages, outreach emails, and marketing campaigns.

This is not a blog writing role. You will write copy that drives action: clicks, replies, sign-ups, and conversions. Your words will directly impact how prospects perceive our brand and how outreach campaigns perform.

📋 Key Responsibilities

Marketing and Website Copy

• Write and refine website copy, landing pages, and service page content
• Create compelling headlines, CTAs, and value propositions
• Write case study narratives and client success stories
• Develop copy for social media posts, ads, and promotional materials

Outreach and Sales Copy

• Write personalized outreach email sequences for link building campaigns
• Create follow-up sequences that improve reply rates
• Draft pitch templates for guest posting and link placement requests
• Write proposal copy and client-facing documents

Brand Voice

• Maintain a consistent, confident, and approachable brand tone across all channels
• Adapt writing style based on audience (agencies, SaaS founders, marketing teams)
• Review and improve existing copy across the website and outreach templates

✅ Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in copywriting, email marketing, or conversion-focused writing
• Strong understanding of persuasion, tone, and audience psychology
• Excellent command of English grammar, structure, and clarity
• Ability to write short-form copy that drives action
• Comfortable working with feedback and iteration

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS, SEO, or digital marketing industries
• Familiarity with outreach email best practices and deliverability
• Experience with A/B testing copy variations
• Understanding of SEO basics and search intent

📌 Important Note

This is a copywriting role, not a content writing role. We need someone who thinks in terms of conversions, not word counts. If you enjoy crafting emails people actually reply to and landing pages that convert, this role is for you.
