Link Building Executive

💼 About the Role

We are hiring a Link Building Executive to manage and execute link building campaigns for our international clients.

This is the core of what we do. You will be responsible for the full link building process: finding relevant websites, reaching out to editors, negotiating placements, and ensuring every link is high-quality and contextually relevant.

📋 Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

• Manage end-to-end link building campaigns for multiple clients
• Identify and qualify relevant websites for link placements
• Conduct outreach to website owners, editors, and content managers
• Negotiate link placement terms and manage relationships with publishers

Quality and Strategy

• Evaluate website quality using metrics like traffic, relevance, and authority
• Ensure all placements meet quality standards and client requirements
• Track and report on campaign progress, placements, and results
• Maintain organized records of all outreach and placement activity

Coordination

• Work with content writers to ensure articles meet placement requirements
• Coordinate with the SEO team on link strategy and target pages
• Communicate with clients on campaign updates when required
• Suggest improvements to outreach templates, processes, and targeting

✅ Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in link building, outreach, or SEO
• Understanding of what makes a quality backlink (relevance, authority, traffic)
• Experience with email outreach for link acquisition
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns
• Good written English communication

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience with outreach tools (Pitchbox, BuzzStream, or similar)
• Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz)
• Experience working with international clients or websites
• Understanding of guest posting, link insertion, and niche edits

This role requires someone who understands that link building is about quality, not just quantity. We do not build spammy links.
