Outreach Intern

💼 About the Role

We are looking for a part-time Outreach Intern to support our link building campaigns by finding and reaching out to relevant websites for link placement opportunities.

This is an entry-level role ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in SEO outreach and link building. You will learn how real link building campaigns work while contributing directly to active client projects.

📋 Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and Research

• Find relevant websites and blogs for link placement opportunities
• Research website quality, traffic, and topical relevance
• Build and organize prospect lists using spreadsheets or outreach tools
• Identify contact information for website editors and content managers

Outreach

• Send personalized outreach emails following provided templates
• Follow up with prospects who have not responded
• Track email responses and update outreach status
• Coordinate with the team on placement confirmations and next steps

✅ Required Qualifications

• Basic understanding of how websites and search engines work
• Good written English communication
• Comfortable using email and spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)
• Reliable, consistent, and able to commit to daily work hours
• Willingness to learn SEO and link building fundamentals

⭐ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with SEO basics or digital marketing concepts
• Experience with outreach tools (Pitchbox, BuzzStream, or similar)
• Previous internship in content, SEO, or marketing
• Interest in building a career in SEO or digital marketing

🏠 Work Setup

• Time Commitment: 2 to 2.5 hours per day
• Location: Fully Remote
• Flexible working hours, but daily tasks must be completed consistently

📌 Important Note

This is a learning-focused role with real responsibilities. You will be working on actual client campaigns, not practice projects. We want someone who is genuinely interested in SEO and willing to put in consistent effort to learn.
