💼 About the Role

We are hiring a Paid Ads Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns that generate qualified leads for Link Building Company.

This role is about driving real business results through paid channels. You will manage ad spend across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms, ensuring every campaign delivers measurable ROI. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to align paid efforts with business goals.

📋 Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms
  • Create and test ad copy, creatives, and landing page variations
  • Manage budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROI
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make real-time optimizations

Strategy and Analysis

  • Develop paid media strategies aligned with lead generation and revenue goals
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for paid search campaigns
  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking, attribution models, and reporting dashboards
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

Optimization and Growth

  • A/B test ad copy, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies
  • Optimize campaigns for cost per lead, conversion rate, and return on ad spend
  • Identify new channels and opportunities for paid acquisition
  • Report on campaign performance with clear insights and recommendations

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience managing paid ad campaigns (Google Ads required, LinkedIn Ads preferred)
  • Strong understanding of PPC fundamentals, bidding strategies, and quality score optimization
  • Experience with conversion tracking setup (Google Tag Manager, GA4)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in creating reports and presenting performance insights

Nice to Have

  • Google Ads certification
  • Experience running paid campaigns for B2B, SaaS, or agency clients
  • Familiarity with retargeting and remarketing strategies
  • Experience with landing page optimization and CRO
  • Knowledge of SEO and how paid and organic channels complement each other
