💼 About the Role
We are hiring a Sales Executive to help grow our client base by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities.
You will work directly with inbound leads and outbound prospects: SaaS companies, marketing agencies, and brands looking for link building and SEO services. Your job is to understand their needs, explain our services clearly, and convert qualified conversations into clients.
📋 Key Responsibilities
Lead Management and Outreach
- Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify leads
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and calls
- Schedule and lead discovery calls with potential clients
- Follow up consistently with warm leads and proposals
Sales and Closing
- Present Link Building Company's services with clarity and confidence
- Create tailored proposals based on client needs and budgets
- Negotiate pricing and close deals
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement
Client Relationship
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand client goals and recommend appropriate services
- Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure smooth onboarding
- Track all interactions and pipeline activity in CRM
✅ Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Comfortable with consultative selling and understanding client needs
- Experience with email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting targets
⭐ Nice to Have
- Experience selling SEO, link building, or digital marketing services
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
- Understanding of SEO basics and how link building works
- Experience working with international clients
📌 Important Note
We are not looking for aggressive cold callers. This is a consultative sales role where understanding the client's business and recommending the right service matters more than pushing volume. If you are good at building trust over conversations, this role is for you.
