SEO Specialist

💼 About the Role

This is a deep SEO analysis and reporting role.

Your responsibility is to connect links to pages to rankings to traffic to outcomes, and communicate that clearly to clients.

You are the person who explains why a link matters, not just that it exists.

📋 Key Responsibilities

Link and SEO Analysis

• Analyze built links for quality and topical relevance
• Map linking websites' top pages to client relevance
• Evaluate target pages where links are placed
• Track keyword rankings and page-level traffic movement
• Identify early signals like indexing, citations, and mentions

Client Reporting

• Create insight-driven SEO and link reports
• Highlight positive SEO impact to clients proactively
• Explain wins, slowdowns, and next steps clearly
• Build client trust through transparent, data-backed communication

Audits and Strategy Support

• Support link audits and SEO audits when required
• Assist with link gap and competitor analysis
• Identify cannibalization issues and recommend fixes
• Provide recommendations for improving link building strategy

✅ Required Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in SEO
• Strong understanding of link quality beyond DA/DR
• Page-level and topical relevance analysis skills
• Keyword movement and traffic attribution knowledge
• Basic technical SEO knowledge for audits
• Clear reporting and explanation skills
• Good English communication

⭐ Nice to Have

• Agency experience working with multiple clients
• Experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console
• Familiarity with AI search and how citations work
• Experience creating client-facing reports and presentations
