Social Media Executive

💼 About the Role

We are hiring a Social Media Executive to own and grow our brand presence across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other relevant platforms.

This role is about building a real audience for a link building company in the SEO space. You will create content, manage posting schedules, engage with the community, and help position Link Building Company as a thought leader in SEO and link building.

📋 Key Responsibilities

Content Creation and Publishing

• Create and schedule daily posts across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other platforms
• Develop content themes around link building, SEO insights, AI search, and company culture
• Create visual content (carousels, infographics, short videos) using design tools
• Write engaging captions and hooks that drive engagement

Community and Growth

• Engage with industry conversations, comments, and mentions
• Build relationships with SEO professionals, agency owners, and potential clients
• Monitor social trends in the SEO and digital marketing space
• Track and report on engagement metrics, follower growth, and content performance

Brand and Campaign Support

• Promote company initiatives like Links That Feed, case studies, and blog content
• Support outreach campaigns with social proof and brand visibility
• Coordinate with the content and marketing team on campaign messaging

✅ Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging short-form content
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and Twitter/X best practices
• Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, or similar)
• Understanding of analytics and performance tracking

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience in SEO, SaaS, or B2B social media
• Video editing skills for short-form content (Reels, Shorts)
• Experience with social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar)
• Personal social media presence that demonstrates your skills

This is not a "post and forget" role. We want someone who understands audience building, knows how to create content that sparks conversations, and can help a niche B2B brand stand out on social media.
