OUR LIFETIME REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE
Your placement is protected for life.
If an eligible live placement is removed or its publisher becomes unavailable, we will arrange a replacement at no additional charge.
This policy protects the lasting value of the publisher placement you purchased. It applies to qualifying placements delivered by Linkbuilding.company and is separate from any agreed campaign scope or editorial requirements.
What is covered
We will provide a free replacement when a delivered placement meets one of these conditions:
- The placement is removed: your agreed brand mention or link is no longer present on the published page.
- The publisher site goes offline: the publisher domain or published page is no longer publicly available on an ongoing basis.
There is no time limit on eligible requests. The guarantee applies for as long as the qualifying condition remains true.
What your replacement includes
Your replacement will meet the same agreed service type and publisher tier as the original placement, or a better tier where available. For example, a DR 30 to 59 placement will be replaced with another DR 30 to 59 placement or stronger, subject to the same traffic criteria used for the original order.
Replacement placements remain subject to publisher availability and normal editorial review. We do not promise the identical website, URL, wording, anchor text, publication date, traffic figure, search ranking, or AI response as the original placement.
What is not covered
The guarantee does not apply when the issue is outside the published placement itself, including:
- your destination URL returning an error, redirecting unexpectedly, being removed, blocked from indexing, or becoming inaccessible;
- changes you request after delivery, including a new destination URL, anchor text, brand name, offer, or page topic;
- normal changes in publisher traffic, Domain Rating, rankings, search visibility, referral traffic, leads, sales, or AI-generated responses;
- temporary crawling, indexing, hosting, or third-party reporting delays; or
- placements altered or removed because supplied content, claims, landing pages, or business activity breach publisher rules or applicable law.
How to request a replacement
Email ravi@linkbuilding.company with your order reference, the original published URL, and a short description of the issue. We will verify the placement and, if it qualifies, begin sourcing a replacement.
Replacement timing depends on publisher availability, editorial approval, and service type. We will keep you informed during the process.
